Mahmood is the CEO here at Industria. He has been active in the real estate world since 2012 and is a specialist in preconstruction real estate. Mahmood worked on over 2000 deals in preconstruction real estate totaling $2 billion in transactions.
Mahmood implemented a first of its kind idea that revolutionised the real estate industry in Ontario. The firm went from 0 to 700 agents that were able to work independently as brokers for the first time and reduce their overheads and tax burdens.
He lead a team of 24 that was responsible to manage the operations of Realty Point Inc. and it’s sales, marketing, administration, deals, compliance and on-boarding departments.
The crowning achievement was delivering $2 billion in sales via over 2000 transactions in the GTA, a significant market share of all transactions.
As a result Mahmood is a sought after thought leader in the preconsutrction space in the GTA. Developers, investors and brokerages seek out his expertise on their preconstruction ventures. He advises them on what to buy, how to develop it and how to sell it.
In his most recent project, 5250 Solar Drive, his team was able to sell 50% of all available units within two weeks, and then sold out the project fully thereafter. The project did not even have a chance to reach the public market.
The developer was impressed by how Mahmood was able to leverage his experience and connections to help them decide what type of units to build, how to market the project and professionally close clients.
